Return/ Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we don’t offer exchanges or refunds for any physical or digital products. All sales are final.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In the event that an appointment is canceled by either party, a rescheduled date will be offered. If you are unable to reschedule, a store credit will be issued for the full amount of your original payment. This credit can be applied toward any future service and does not expire.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Shipping & Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. All products will be shipped after order processing is completed. Products will ship via USPS. You will have the option to select the shipping timeframe when you place the order.
Digital Products
Digital content that is included with your product will be sent out with your tracking number.
Digital content that is purchased as a stand-alone product will be sent to your email within 24 to 48 business hours.
